Inventory Monitor

KCT Inventory Monitor is a universal, comprehensive and highly flexible tool intended for fast and efficient viewing of inventory summaries, both from financial and logistics points of view. Briefly, a single “universal” overview for any purpose, where everybody can find his/her actually required information related to inventory.

No overview with this level of flexibility was available in the SAP standard functionality and the need for it used to be satisfied by often complicated searching for information from several reports. That is why this tool was developed in addition to the standard SAP functionality, providing for a faster, better and more straightforward work.

The tool replaces a number of incongruous, single-purpose oriented standard reports covering some of the typical tasks you are used to handle.

Financial view

  • Inventory valuation down to the level of warehouses, also for inventory which is normally not valued, e.g.: non-valued special inventory, internal material movements, etc.
  • Information on differences in postings between MM and FI modules
  • A sophisticated tool for financial closings

  • Accurate identification on when, where, which and what quantity of inventory exists (a visualization of stock in transfer)
  • A tool intended for support of physical inventories (both execution and evidence) and audits

4 basic types of overviews by Inventory Monitor
