The key IS functions include generating and printing of business documents (in respect of SAP, MM documents such as goods receipt slip, goods issue slip, purchase order, or HR documents, in which we distribute to our employees their personal data to be completed or information on their internal accounts, etc.). The crucial fact is that all information required to prepare these documents is available in company’s SAP system, nevertheless, other tools are used to prepare the documents.

An advantage of PDF files is that the tool for their viewing, Adobe Reader, is installed on nearly 95% of all computers worldwide and is available free of charge.

The technology of Adobe forms for SAP is also very flexible and you will be easily able to make minor changes in already used documents. This technology is already used by a number of major worldwide financial institutions for printing of the well known bank account statements or for creating commercial contracts.
